 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've used US Park for business and personal travel for years.  I prefer to travel early (think 5 a.m.) and the drivers are just as friendly first thing in the morning, as they are throughout the day.  I can honestly say I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes during peak travel hours for a shuttle.  They are responsive to calls for additional shuttles to be sent when there's a backup, and there are also times they are waiting for customers after a long day of travel.  I highly recommend using US Park every time you visit Detroit Metropolitan Airport - I know I do!
