+ What are your prices?: US Park DTW parking rates are $14 per day and our current online coupon is $13 per day.
+ Where are you located?: We are located off Exit 198 (Middlebelt Road) off of I-94 go south 1/2 mile and U.S. Park DTW parking is on the left.
+ Does the shuttle ride cost extra?: No, the shuttle is included with the DTW parking.
+ When I get back from my trip where do I find the shuttle?: The shuttle will pick you up where you were dropped off which is ground transportation.
+ How much time should I be allowed to get to the Airport?: Please allow an extra 20 minutes for shuttle service.
+ Do you offer advance reservations?: Yes, you can book and prepay online from our website and from our Facebook page.
+ Do I have to make a reservation?: No, reservations are not required.
+ Do you offer discounts for Airport employees?: Yes, please contact the parking lot directly at (734) 946-9360 for our current special.
+ Do you have any Park, Sleep & Fly packages available?: No, not at this time.
+ If I need a wheelchair when I arrive at the Airport how do I get it?: Call Prospect services at (734) 247-1121 (North Terminal) or (734) 247-2400 (McNamara Terminal).
+ Do I have to print off the online coupon or can I show it on my phone?: We will accept the coupon if you show it on your phone or tablet.
